BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICIES

We look forward to providing all our new and devoted clients with a relaxing and transforming visit. In order to do so, below are some of our guidelines to help make your experience amazing and set our stylists up for success to take care of you.

  • Notice of cancellation is required within 48 hours. Any appointment canceled within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked. Those canceled the day of the appointment or “no show” will be charged the full amount of the service. 

  • All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to retain an appointment. This card will only be charged if the client does not abide by the cancellation policy listed above.

  • Please check in at the front desk upon arrival so we can ensure your service provider is ready.

  • When possible, we ask that clients do not bring extra guests into the salon for their appointment to avoid inadequate seating, accidents, and unneeded foot traffic. 

  • Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

While we strive to turn your hair dreams into a reality,  in the event you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please contact Mane-Tained promptly. Adjustments are available within one week of the scheduled service by the same stylist. We are only able to honor corrections if no additional cutting or chemical treatments have not been rendered since the original appointment. Additional charges and services will be discussed before any changes to the hair are provided.
