Notice of cancellation is required within 48 hours. Any appointment canceled within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked. Those canceled the day of the appointment or “no show” will be charged the full amount of the service.

All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to retain an appointment. This card will only be charged if the client does not abide by the cancellation policy listed above.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

When possible, we ask that clients do not bring extra guests into the salon for their appointment to avoid inadequate seating, accidents, and unneeded foot traffic.

We have a small parking lot located at 763 Baker St. for your convenience. There is additional parking available on Randolph. Ave. Please do not park in our neighbor’s lot.
